What file formats do you support?
JPEG, TIFF, PowerPoint, PDFs and Original artwork generated in Illustrator or InDesign.

How should I set up my Adobe Illustrator files.
We support Illustrator CS3 and below only!
1. Begin by creating your Artboard at the final poster size. (Very Important)
2. Be sure that all images placed in Illustrator have a minimum resolution of 72ppi
3. Convert all fonts to OUTLINES.
4. Bleed— If you have it. Make sure to extend bleed a minimum of 1/8" beyond artboard area.
5. Save— Save file as PDF
— PDF Saving Options:
a. Select High Quality Print from the Adobe PDF Preset:
b. Select Marks and Bleeds— add .125 bleed to all 4 sides (IF NEEDED)
c. Click Save!

What color mode should my files be in, RGB or CMYK?
We typically prefer your files to be in CMYK, but we can print from either mode. Please note that we print using the latest color output technology. Our poster printing process is based on CMYK technology. Therefore our system will try and emulate your RGB images to best of its ability. There is some slight color shift when converting between RGB and CMKY.


What sizes can you print?
All of our products come in various sizes to best fit your needs. Please review the product that your interested to get a better idea. If you should need a special size that is not listed please contact us and we'll take care of it.

How large can I print my file?
This depends on your image. If its a picture that you have taken then you need a minimum resolution of 72 pixels per inch at final poster size.

Can you print my image larger than what the image resolution will allow?
Yes, in some cases we can enlarge your image with a special software that we have.

What resolution is recommended for large format images?
We recommend 100-150 dpi of info at final print size for photographic images. 72ppi at final print size is adequate for most jobs. If you require a 100 or more posters then your resolution will need to be 280-300 ppi.

Do you support PC and Macintosh?
Yes, we can support files generate on either operating system.

How long will poster prints and banners last outdoors?
We print using UV fade resistant inks. Typically posters or banners can last between 6 months to a year in direct sunlight.

What type of materials do you use?
All of our materials are high quality premium materials and are specifically developed for our equipment. If you don't see a specific material on our website that you need, please contact us and we'll see what we can do to help you out.

Do you offer mounting and laminating?
Yes, in fact we recommend it, especially lamination.
We offer the following Poster Mounting and Laminating Options:
• Gloss
• Crystal (Matte finish— Perfect for areas with a ton of light)
• Mounting to Black Gator Board

Do you mount Canvas Prints into Gallery Wraps?
We are currently not supporting Gallery Wraps.
What is Gatorboard?
Gatorboard is a stronger more durable board than what everyone else knows as foamcore.

Do you supply proofs?
We supply pdf proofs showing you how your poster will look before printing. If you require a hard copy proof we can supply it for an extra $45 charge plus shipping. Hard copy proofs will come to you down sized to 8 1/2 x 11. Once you have printed with us you'll realize that you'll get more than you had ever expected.

How much for shipping?
We ship Fedex. We find that Fedex is a safer and more reliable service.

Where do I upload my file?
We handle all upload files at the time ordering. Each ordering page has its own upload button. Simply choose your options and then select your file through the browser, its that simple. * If you need to send us a file for review simply click on the "Send a File" link towards the bottom of any of the pages.
